At Jasmine Light Collection, all of our products are made-to-order and customized specifically for each customer.
Customized Products
Due to the personalized nature of our items, all customized products are generally final sale and not eligible for return or refund once production has begun.
However, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with an error on our part, we will make it right.
Perishable Items (Candles)
Our candles are considered perishable and are not eligible for return under normal circumstances.
If your candle arrives damaged, defective, or unusable, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund review.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective in quality (e.g., broken container, improper burn, major flaw)
- Incorrect compared to your order
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following:
- Free replacement (preferred solution)
- Refund (in eligible cases)
What Qualifies as a Defect
- Broken or leaking candle container
- Major defects affecting usability
What Does Not Qualify
- Minor color or scent variations
- Slight design differences from digital previews
- Issues caused by incorrect customization details provided by the customer
Important Notes
- All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
- Items must be unused for claims to be valid
- We may request additional information to process your claim

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement. After this period, orders enter production and cannot be canceled or modified. Because all items are custom-made, we cannot make changes once production begins.
